Welcome to Atelier Florelle LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Use of Our Website
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence and that you will use our services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with its operation.
2. Products & Floral Design
Atelier Florelle LLC believes in creating one-of-a-kind floral arrangements, thoughtfully designed with intention and care. Each arrangement is custom-created using fresh, seasonal flowers, making every piece unique.
While we strive to reflect the overall style, palette, and mood shown, exact flower varieties, colors, vessels, and placement cannot be guaranteed due to seasonal availability and the natural variation of flowers. These variations are part of the beauty and individuality of our work.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and embrace the uniqueness of floral design and entrust our florist with creative discretion and the final composition.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Order Timing & Same-Day Requests
To ensure proper sourcing and thoughtful preparation, we kindly request a minimum of three (3) days’ notice for all orders.
Same-day or last-minute requests are not guaranteed and may only be accommodated if inventory and scheduling allow. Please contact us directly prior to placing such orders to confirm availability.
5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the custom nature of our designs, all sales are final.
Cancellations may be requested up to five (5) days prior to the scheduled delivery date and will be refunded in full. Once within five (5) days of delivery, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or significantly modified, as flowers may have been sourced and preparation has begun.
Minor changes may be considered with at least three (3) days’ notice, subject to availability and approval.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Cancellation timelines differ from order lead times, as sourcing and scheduling may begin well in advance of the minimum order notice period.
Minor vs. Major Changes
Minor changes may be requested with at least three (3) days’ notice and are subject to availability and approval. Minor changes include updates that do not impact flower sourcing or the overall design, such as card message edits, recipient name corrections, delivery notes, or small add-on adjustments.
Major changes cannot be accommodated once an order is placed. This affects our planning, sourcing, and design, and can disrupt the workflow if changed. Major changes include, but are not limited to, requests involving color palette adjustments, flower substitutions, size or price changes, delivery date or address changes, or alterations to the overall design style.
6. Delivery
We offer local delivery within designated service areas. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Delivery routes are scheduled in advance, and while we aim to deliver within the selected time window, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Atelier Florelle LLC is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
If no recipient is available, flowers may be left in a safe location at the delivery address when possible.
7. Care & Responsibility
Once flowers are delivered or picked up, Atelier Florelle LLC is not responsible for improper care, environmental conditions, or damage occurring after delivery. Flower longevity varies by variety and environment and cannot be guaranteed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Atelier Florelle LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atelier Florelle LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
10. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected and used.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to future orders.
