Delivery
We offer local, hand-delivered floral designs to the Orlando area. This is to ensure proper handling, presentation, and care from our floral studio to the final destination. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery options.
1. Local Delivery
While we are working on offering shipping and pick-up soon, at the moment we currently offer local delivery to the following ZIP codes:
- 32701, 32707, 32751, 32765, 32789, 32792
- 32803, 32804, 32809, 32811, 32812, 32819, 32820, 32821, 32822, 32824, 32826, 32827, 32828, 32830, 32832, 32835, 32836, 32837, 32839
- 34741, 34743, 34744, 34746, 34747, 34786
A flat delivery fee of $15 applies to all delivery orders under $200. Free delivery is automatically applied on orders over $200.
2. Delivery Timing
When placing an order, you will select a 1-hour delivery window at checkout. Our delivery schedule is planned in advance to allow for thoughtful preparation and to ensure your order arrives within the selected window whenever possible.
While we strive to deliver within the chosen timeframe, please note that traffic, weather, and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause minor delays.
To ensure the best experience, we kindly ask for at least three (3) days’ notice when placing an order. This allows us time to source fresh flowers and plan each design with care.
Same-day or last-minute orders may be accommodated on a limited basis, subject to availability, in which case a $15 rush fee will apply in addition to the delivery fee to account for expedited sourcing, design, and scheduling.
3. Recipient Availability
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, arrangements may be left in a safe location at the delivery address when possible. Once an order has been successfully delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
5. Care After Delivery
Once flowers are delivered or picked up, Atelier Florelle is not responsible for damage, loss, or reduced longevity due to environmental conditions or care after delivery. We recommend placing arrangements in a cool area away from direct sunlight or heat.
