Atelier Florelle LLC takes great care in creating thoughtful, one-of-a-kind floral arrangements using fresh, seasonal flowers. We strive to ensure every customer is pleased and satisfied, as your experience is our utmost priority. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been prepared or delivered.

 

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final sale. Flowers are living products with a limited lifespan, and we cannot resell or reuse them once they leave our care.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that our products are non-refundable.

 

2. Design Variations

Each arrangement is custom-designed and unique. While we strive to reflect the overall style, palette, and mood shown, exact flower varieties, and colors may vary based on seasonal availability. These variations are part of the artistry and individuality of our work and are not considered defects or grounds for a return or refund.

 

3. Order Issues

While all sales are final, we are committed to reviewing any concerns with care and fairness to ensure your experience reflects our standards. If your order arrives significantly incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at atelierflorelle@mail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and do our best to address it appropriately.

 

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations may be requested up to five (5) days prior to the scheduled delivery date and will be refunded in full.

Once within five (5) days of delivery, orders cannot be canceled or refunded, as flowers may have been sourced and preparation may have begun.

Minor changes may be considered with at least three (3) days’ notice, subject to availability and approval.

Cancellation timelines differ from order lead times, as sourcing and scheduling may begin well in advance of the minimum order notice period.

 

Minor vs. Major Changes

Minor changes include updates that do not impact flower sourcing or the overall design, such as card message edits, recipient name corrections, delivery notes, or small add-on adjustments.

Major changes cannot be accommodated once an order is placed. This does impact our planning, sourcing, and design, and can disrupt the workflow if changed. Major changes include, but are not limited to, requests involving color palette adjustments, flower substitutions, size or price changes, delivery date or address changes, or alterations to the overall design style.

 

5. Delivery & Care Responsibility

To ensure proper care and handling, all orders are hand-delivered by our team whenever possible. This allows us to maintain the quality and presentation of each arrangement upon arrival.

Once an order has been successfully delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient. Atelier Florelle LLC is not responsible for damage, loss, or reduced longevity due to environmental conditions, placement, or care after delivery.
